Weekend & Multi-Day Event Rental

A weekend event is different from a one-day rental because the units keep working after you stop watching them. A Saturday wedding at a private property off Gabriels Overlook, a two-day family reunion near Lake Georgetown, or a quinceañera that spills from Friday setup into Sunday cleanup all need a toilet that stays usable Sunday morning — not just Saturday at 6 p.m. We build the booking around your actual timeline: drop the day before, service in the middle on anything past two days, pick up once your event is fully done.

Multi-day fits when your headcount is high, your property is a distance from the nearest indoor restroom, or you're hosting across more than one day — think Rancho Sienna and Water Oak backyard events, ranch venues out past Berry Creek, or a Southwestern University-area gathering where the crowd stays late. A single-day rental fits a short afternoon party; the trade-off is that if your event runs long or restarts the next morning, a one-day unit gets picked up before you're finished. For weekend jobs we'd rather leave the units in place and add the service stop than rush a pickup you don't want.

Placement matters more on a multi-day booking because the unit sits in view of guests for the whole event. Tell us where you want it — off to the side of the tent, near the caterer's staging in Wolf Ranch, at the back of a Sun City Texas clubhouse lot — and we confirm that spot before the truck rolls. We give a real delivery window, not a 'sometime that day' guess, so your Georgetown weekend timeline holds. On the day, the answer to the phone is a person, and the unit shows up on time, clean, and right where you asked.

For higher-traffic weekends we recommend one standard unit per roughly 75 to 100 guests per day, plus a hand-wash station if there's food service. If you're unsure of the count for a San Gabriel Heights or Georgetown Village event, give us the headcount and the number of days and we'll size it honestly — no padding the order to push the total up.
